EAC Cannot Be Instantiated
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Game won't even load in because it tells me the "EAC Client Cannot Be Instantiated" then the game automatically closes.
Also, yeah I know there is another thread on this here but it is closed, I cannot reply to add my logs so I am doing it separately as this is very much still ongoing.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: You open the game, it closes itself.

Today I have the same problem and I can't play. I tried all solutions that i found on the Internet, and even rolled back Windows to yesterday's state, when everything worked. And reinstalled the game again. Nothing helped.

Well, I restored Windows to its factory state, and the game started working normally again.

In Steam, the same place where the "Verify integrity of game files" is, there's "Move install folder"… I moved installation to my C drive and then it worked.

The funniest thing is, I decided to download Epic Games Launcher and see if I had the game on there. Actually, I do. I think I downloaded it when it was free for a time. Works absolutely fine… just without my hundreds of hours of gameplay and money spent. So it's not my PC at all. It must be something to do with how the Steam version is interacting with EAC in my opinion. The EGS version ran fine at ultra graphics etc. I actually feel like it ran better than the Steam version ever did at the moment, but it feels like I can't play this game without problems at the moment; until now.

I did that but after a few games it reverted to the same problem.

I use a gaming laptop because I live abroad right now. I only have one drive.

I read on the Internet that EAC can conflict with antiviruses and produce such errors in games. Therefore, after restoring Windows, I have not yet installed my usual antivirus. And added EAC and DBD folder to Windows Defender exceptions. So far, I have not had such an error anymore

I keep getting this message when I start the game.
I've tried everything that has been suggested in other threads and nothing has worked and even a factory reset has done nothing.
I don't know what else to do.

Man, I was having a similar problem, I tried everything… Nothing seems to solve my problem.
Then I realized that MAYBE my NVME SSD might be the problem, it's a cheap chinese memory. Some performance peaks may cause stress to an old or bad quality memory disc.
Luckly I have another SSD installed (with better quality).
I uninstalled Steam completely, did the same with all folder of Dead By Daylight that was in my E: disc and reinstalled the game in my C: SDD.
BOOM! The game is running perfectly.
