Hotfix comes with a bunch of perk nerfs
Were any of these really necessary? None of these were worth nerfing, honestly. Shame to see.

Predator, no that was unneeded. That's just another Nurse band-aid when she is the issue and not the perk itself.
Inner Focus change, also not necessary.
As for Zanshin/Machine Learning/WGLF I'd say it's fine. 150% heal speed was too high and went beyond being an anti-slug perk, and 60 seconds of Machine Learning was extremely strong after the most recent buff and outclassed most other haste perks. Those 3 are still going to be pretty good.

I will stop using we gonna live forever again. It is not worth it with 100%, it is far too situational to use it now.

Inner Focus was the only unnecessary change. But I guess we can't have a perk without SWF ruining it for everyone.
WGLF, Zanshin and Machine Learning were overtuned, and the nerfs are not that big.
And Predator can burn. That perk is just an unhealthy concept overall.

Predator was fine, it especially wrong nerf this perk in the same patch you buff busted distortion (15 second for 1 token is almost free)
