Well, the release of Twins broke the entire game, so I'd say that was worse.

EDIT: Oh also Survivors could be killer powers too so there was that (wouldn't actually do anything, but you could see a Survivor hold a bear trap or wraiths bell)

Fun fact, Doctor was far weaker back then.

Patch 1.3.1, December of 16.
It didnt stop at powers either, you could also change perks from either side, as well as cosmetics.
The best part? This was the last patch they did before the holidays, so the game was like this for I believe 3 weeks before everything was sorted.

The 1st Snowmen were very OP and downright unfair to Twins and GF, but honestly they were fun the 1st year. With them being op survivors were swarming to snowmen that it was hard to take it seriously and just goof off.
They nerfes the snowmen hard the 2nd year but survivors just kinda ignored them. Yay for us killers but meh, it didn't have the same holiday spirit.
II'm biased though I don't play twins or gf

DBD has had WAAAAYYYY bigger problems than that. Snowmen have been a fun addition to winter events.
