Is this a meta build? How does Conspicuous Actions affect OTR?
I never run these perks, except for Kindred but this is so much fun! Dead Hard is addicting! I've messed it up and embarrassed myself quite a few times 😆
When I'm unhooked, the timer in the OTR window begins counting down.
However, if I do a conspicuous action, it still remains lit in the perk window and still counts down.
Which effect of OTR am I canceling if I do a conspicuous action? I can't tell which of its features are still active.

I believe it's just the endurance effect that gets cancelled. The other effects stay.

You are cancelling the Endurance effect, and you should see the corresponding icon disappear.
However, the silent grunts of pain and protection from aura reading remain in effect for the full duration, which is why the perk icon still shows a timer.4 -
We'd say yes it's a meta build.
As the one above says, only the endurance gets cancelled when you do a conspicuous action. The stealthy part stays (you can kinda tell because your still silent).

What if a teammate heals me after being unhooked, while this is active? I still have endurance at full health? It would require 3 hits from the Killer to put me into dying state?
I'm having so much fun with these! I keep trying to bait the Killer so I can practice hitting the DS Skill Checks.

Yes, being healed does not cancel the endurance effect you get from Off the Record.
