Cant upgrade fixated-inner strength-camaraderie on Dwight !!!
cant find these perks on bloodweb ! ! !
i dont have the dlc but i recently bought sable and i got all the perks there at tier 3
i cant get them on Dwight ); please fix

Do you mean you bought Nancy? Those are her perks, not Sables
Edit: pretty sure Camraderie is Steve's perk actually

i dont have nancy steve or the dlc. but i unlocked their perks at sable and other new survivors before they added back the stranger things dlc

Befor they added the Stranger Thinks dlc back, they made the Perks form Steve, Nancy and Demo generel Perks, so you can get them in the bloodweb and lvl them, this was posable until they added the dlc back. Since the dlc ist back you will still have the Perks, you lvled, but you cant upgrade or freshly get them in the bloodweb. If you want to upgrade or get them, you need to buy the dlc and lvl the charekters to P1 or you would need to buy the Perks in the shrine. So for you at the moment, unfortunetly, you are not able to get or upgrade them exept buying the dlc

Oh I see, sorry I misread your post.
As miniwengsel said, now that the Stranger Things DLC has returned the perks are now tied to the characters once more. So to continue to have access to them via other survivors, you'll need Nancy and Steve unlocked and at P1 unfortunately

but then how i got their perks on sable? i bought sable like 5 days ago and i already have those perks maxed on her
