+500ms ping is just ridiculous - limit the maximum ping a player can have!

the amount of people using vpn or playing with an internet connection that is no suitable for online gaming is way to high in this 2vs8.
people playing with ping higher than the duration of a lot of actions and perks destroying the fun for everyone else. there is nothing worse to loose against an opponent just because of his high ping.
Here an example of a player with 636ms ping.

The issue with such a limitation is players in South America and in Asia are already very far from the nearest servers. Plus those in Australia are for some reason being placed in different servers constantly, something they cannot control either.
