The dedicated server is not responding. Help me solve the problem!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Good afternoon! An error occurred during the game and I was thrown out of the game. (It said "No connection. The dedicated server is not responding. The shutdown is in progress." After that, it throws it to the main menu and issues a "Ban on the choice of players. You blacked out during the last match and are temporarily unable to pick up games. Over time, you will get this opportunity again." The first performance lock was not long, but then 1 hour.. After a while, everything repeats and the blockage is already 6 hours, and then 24.... To be honest, it's unpleasant... I will immediately write that I have no problems with the connection. Other games, websites, applications, etc. are functioning, but in the game Dead by Daylight gives an error. I also want to note that my Internet connection is not via Wi-Fi, but via cable. Please help me!
