Difference between 1v4 and 2v8, make it more appealing
What happens if we allow people to bring offerings and items into 2v8?
Would be more rewarding to play it, people would want to play it.
Even with 2v8 out I am playing 1v4 because then I can bring my flashlight and a cobbler.
Also, if a lot of people would bring cakes into 2v8, killers would have some gains out of a match.
Getting 30-40k BP for a 8 minutes match and 25 minutes waiting time just isn't for me.
Side note: 4x cobblers give you 432% bloodpoints + 50-100% lobby incentive and maximum 2v8 incentive is 250%.
So it's 532% vs 250% BP gain.
It's still more rewarding to play 1v4.

We do not need to buff Survivors more in 2v8 by letting them bring items and pick their maps. Period. The only offerings that they should consider allowing are BP ones. And if Killers can't have addons, Survivors should not get to start with items.

Killers got (heavily buffed versions of) some of their best add ons built into their 2v8 abilities. Saying they "can't have add ons" is not exactly true.

Normally I'd be all for adding only BP offerings to the limited game modes but until they get the queue issue sorted the BP bonus is the only incentive being given to get killers to switch to survivor. Allowing BP offerings would allow the role with plenty of players to ignore the incentive to go play the other side.
No to items. There are plenty of chests around the map for you to search. I think it's good that survivors aren't starting the match with a toolkit or flashlight in hand. The matches would go by way too fast if 4 guides were starting with toolkits.

And survivors don't have to do double the amount of gens and can heal each other in a couple of seconds, am I right?

I'd just like more classes if anything, head on class for survivors, illusionist (mirrored illusion etc), boons.
Hexer as killer (ruin etc), predator (exposed build?), Mindbreaker like class maybe?
I just want more fun builds to use.1 -
That's true. The issue is Survivors got buffed even more, so that doesn't matter.
