Reporting bugs needs to be changed back to how it was
The new bug reporting policy requires you to attach either player logs, images or a video, otherwise it will be declined. Now, as a Geforce Now user, I can't access player logs even though I have the pc version. I could provide an image or a video, but I shouldn't be required to, especially for relatively simple bugs to reproduce.
A recent patch made most of the older killers who had a 1st person pov during a mori into a 3rd person pov like the survivors would always see during a mori. Most of them work as intended, but one mori that's still stuck in 1st person pov from the killer's perspective is Leatherface.
Now, checking for this bug is relatively simple, but getting a video is much more time consuming for me, as I need to either go into a public match, or make a custom one, potentially bring the green mori to increase my chances of getting to mori a player or a bot, and then submit that vs 2 bhvr devs getting into a custom match, one of them chainsawing the other one, and using the finisher mori to see that the mori is still incorrectly in the 1st person pov.
I get that certain complex issues are more likely to be solved with help of supplemental media, but realistically, most don't require it. After my bug report has been declined, I will never try to report a bug again, but hopefully bhvr will go back on this policy that will only make the community less likely to report any bugs to them.

(ignore this I accidentally hit post without meaning to)

Reporting bugs should never be a complex procedure.
The moderators should provide the points that your bug-report is missing before declining\locking it. Give a chance to put it into the bug-report.
And every report should be treated equally, no matter who posted this report and no matter which mod was working on it.
It's highly disrespectful of player's time and effort and straight up discriminative behavior.

There is no discrimatory behaviour at all with bug reporting or with any part of the moderation of this forum.
Whilst I understand the concerns regarding bug reports, unfortunately previous reporting was missing vital information that took longer to get from players, meaning that we were unable to ascertain what the main issue was. Hence we now have the reported formula - for 99% of bugs this information is essential to our QA in order for them to pinpoint where the issue lies.

99% of bugs? No need to exaggerate here, 20% would be a more realistic figure here. Most of the bug reports I see here, images or a video wouldn't give any more info than a couple of sentences of text you would get instead. A system that asks for more info to be provided within 24 hours before being declined, if the issue is truly complex enough, would be reasonable, but again, only if it's complex enough.
Considering that you just grossly over-exaggerated how often this is essential, I have little fate that you will ever make this system work properly. I definitely won't be wasting my time reporting bugs anymore.

This honestly, Nemesis still has a bug where he doesn't play sound similliar to the Dracula one he had at launch, where he m2's but plays no animation nor sound.
It's tough to get a clip of it happening coz I can't guarantee I'll get him as a survivor, but it seems tied to LoD like a lot of recent DBD bugs are.2 -
Unfortunately you probably not aware of what is happening within the bug-reporting section and outside in the other sections of this forum regarding of your moderators and their actions.
I have three clear evidences on my PC and phone - actions and words of a blatant discrimination by two people from your moderation team towards forum users (one of them is me).
I will keep them just in case of a use if a further escalation will occur.
You (as a Community Manager) need to have a constructive conversation with your moderation team, about needs of equality, and so different moderators should treat and act the same relative to 1 topic, thread or a report.
Right now - it's not like it.

Well, I listed bug report before and only thing it missed is template words, but contained all points and… it was declined anyway.
Then I listed it again with exactly the same post, but with templater words and it was accepted. Isn't it stupid? I gave all information you need, but it was declined anyway.0 -
I reported a bug and as a console player, initiating a recording isn't at the top of mind as I play (it's also more involved to do this as a console player). Well, the ticket was closed because of no video, as if the video would have helped any more than the words used to describe the bug.
people are already taking the time to report bugs via the forum and now you're just ensuring some people don't bother with it anymore. Noice
