It’s variable depending the skill of the killer.

    Expert killer:

    1- Hillbilly

    2- Nurse

    3- Blight

    4- Wraith

    5-Spirit / Huntress

    6-Deadslinger

    7-Trapper

If we talking about decent killer:

    1- Wraith (very consistent)

2- Nurse (decent nurse will still apply a lot of pressure)

    3-Hillbilly

    4-Huntress / Blight

    5-Spirit

    6-Deadslinger

    7-Trapper

Weakest I would say is our boy Trapper.

In my experience from strongest to least goes Hillbilly, Blight, Nurse, Wraith, Huntress, Spirit, and Trapper in that order.

I agree but also Slinger is the best support killer in the mode for team ups.

Definitely agree with everyone here putting Billy at #1. Not the only reason but even just drifting gets you downs because there’s so many Survivors.

Idk that I would put trapper last in this mode. The games are usually too chaotic for people to be checking traps that frequently

    Best combos are:

    Blight + billy

    Spirit + wraith

    Slinger + blight

    Wraith + blight or billy

Nurse isn't that good because her chases are surprisingly long compared to other killers

    Hillbilly, I'd say.

Wraith feels so good to play. 4 out of the 8 killers are less than 4.6 and therefore lack map pressure. Wraith feels like a good addition for any combination.

Survivors are the strongest Killer in 2v8.

Billy, Nurse and Blight are the strongest. I'd argue that Billy and Nurse are on the same level, Blight is slightly behind. Then come Huntress and Spirit. Though Huntress in the hands of a very skilled Huntress main is on par with Billy and Nurse tbh. Wraith and Slinger are good but on the weaker side. And then there's Trapper lol.

My absolute strongest games have been blight and wraith. Absolute killer combo.

    Killer Strength List:

    1. Billy. Best mobility, best lethality with his instadowns.
    2. Blight. Great mobility, great lethality, with the speed can outplay a lot of strong pallets.
    3. Wraith. More useful as control/support, his speed is great and his uncloaking speed is insane. Cannot outplay a lot of strong pallets without help though.
    4. Huntress. Slow, which hurts on big maps, but is very lethal in chase and can apply pressure from afar. Against 8 good survivors, probably drops a bit.
    5. Nurse. In my opinion, Nurse is the most overrated killer by the community in this mode specifically. Without her third blink in this iteration, she is much too slow to traverse the map and cannot apply pressure across a large area very well. Running edge map to the opposite side of the gens destroys her, and she is so slow that it is hard to play with her as her teammate in chases without ceding control of the rest of the map to the survivors.
    6. Spirit. Her power buffs keep her in the running considerably. She struggles a lot against predropped strong pallets, which there are a lot of in these maps.
    7. Trapper. Against 8 survivors, you will find a lot of your traps being disarmed, but his power to control and lock down an area is still good. He has somewhat better mobility than Deathslinger, but overall is just too slow in most matches.
    8. Deathslinger. He is simply too slow to traverse large maps, and although his power allows for 2v1 instadowns, you can do that normally with other killers. IMO simply due to how slow he is overall he is the worst killer in this mode.

my personal opinions. Billy/Blight with shadow/fearmonger is the best combo imo.

Hillbilly, Wraith, Blight seem to be the top 3 from my plays. Probably in that order, but could easily seeing it being different.

Basically, map traversal is desperately needed on the map sizes.

Nurse and Huntress are kind of in the mid tier were player skill has a lot to do with it.

Spirit is decent, but not nearly as powerful as in 1v4.

Trapper - it really depends who he is paired with and how he plays. If he can shut down the loops and protect key gens while the faster killer downs people, he's okay. Without the right other killer though he drops.

Deathslinger is my bottom tier, but I feel like I'm facing people who've never played Slinger before (which is strange because people seem good at the other roles).

I've found Wraith plays the mode the best. He can play around any other killer pretty well—picking off survivors injured by long hatchet shots or Blight's rushes or Slinger, he can go ensure a trapped survivor goes down when Trapper might not get to, he can get injuries for Nurse to immediately blink over to and capitalize on, and him being invisible sort of keeps survivors from looking around for Trapper properly, because they've got to be looking for the high-speed invisible man. Blight is similarly good in a few ways, especially with the shadow class, I think.

    1. Wraith because there is nothing you can do vs 1.5s uncloak bug

Billy+Nurse is pretty devastating. Nurse is a bit odd in this mode. Really bad mobility, but she forces survivors to scramble a bit. Opens up Billy snipes

I'm sorry but everyone is wrong. The Strongest Killer in the 2v8 mode is the Killer Queue times. Kills more killer games than anything else :)

I think it blight but wraith second for me.

wraith a complete beast in this game mode because of that bug. It definitely faster than 1.5 sec. He's almost guaranteed to get the ambush hit off every time. Wraith been turn into a rush down killer in this damn near. U shadow dance a pallet, windstorm your way back up to survivors, and instant uncloak (not to mention most of them running Brute). He feel way more relentless despite the over abundance of resources.

I object to the fan made picture! Freddy wears his glove on his right hand and Steve should be holding Nancy!

Nurse seems nuts you can't hold w against her in this mode you have to hold w and use geometry.

I prefer the feel of spirit, though with her addons. I feel mobile again with her. Nurse needs a warm up round but all Spirit needs is grass to pop off.

All the killers seem roughly even tbh, with the exception of Slinger and Trapper. I liked Trapper last time but this time you really need mobility.

I'd say Blight. PC flicks just give him too much power to break into any loop or obstacle and hit somebody.

I feel like blights getting nutty hits in this mode I feel likei can't risk pallet stuns on him because he'll just hit me through the stun lol

I would say for the everyday/average-above average killer, Wraith for sure. Nurse and Blight are stronger, but still have a high skill ceiling and if you're gonna be good with either in 1v4, it's a given you'll be good in 2v8. But Wraith is the most buffed in 2v8 vs his 1v4 counterpart (it's at least more noticable when playing against him), and is very easy to use. Because of this I see him used way more than nurses or blights in 2v8.

He's the reason I almost exclusively play the escapist class, so I can have sprint burst off a gen.

doesnt matter. Survivors are absurdly op anyway

Huntress. Hands down. A good huntress can get even a lackluster teammate a fairly good amount of kills. It's because only huntress has the ability to move survivors around the map based on where she directs her hatchets. And her ability to guard gens from a distance is simply unmatched. Wraith is a solid teammate for her, as his speed and surprise attacks are a good combo with her long rage hatchets.

Worst killer is trapper. And I say this because part of his power, laying traps, takes a bit of time and that's the last thing you need in a game with eight survivors cranking away on gens. Also, with the maps being larger, you run the risk of someone escaping from a trap before you even get there.

TBH I think Wraith and maybe even Huntress beat out Nurse in this iteration of 2v8, and I'm speaking as a Nurse main. The maps are huge and she just doesn't have the mobility. Due to the chaos of the mode, I think a good Wraith will land hits more consistently, and Huntress, while not 4.6, pressures a larger area since she is ranged.

Killer in 2v8 is a game of fast chases and pushing survivors off gens. Nurse can sometime pull off fast chases, but she is terrible at map pressure here.
