Why did the devs add gen speed with cages?
there’s already 15 gens on the map you can’t even get a win without sweating or just slugging lol. You add in a gen rush survivor build but no gen regression build for killer bravo

That's not how regression works.
Regression works as 0.25 charges per second base. Survivors add 1 charge per second. Meaning to regress a gen 80% which has 72 charges on it. It would take 288 seconds. In 2v8. Regression is at 300% base which still makes it take 96 seconds. Nowhere near "25 seconds"

kicks have extra regression, I find so many gens nearly done gens at nothing.

Picking the guide class almost makes it impossible to lose. You get hooked once and each time a Gen pops after that you get a BNP per survivor nearby when a Gen pops I’ll get hooked early and go from Gen to Gen for the last 10-15% and instantly pop them then go to the next and instantly pop that one and so on. The most I ever done was pop 4 gens in about 90 seconds.

25 seconds after a kick is enough to reset 70-80% of a gen in 2v8.

the mode is so absurdly survivor sided that it is literally impossible to win if you dont play the best killers on a good map. Infinte god pallets, gens beeing rushed in mere seconds, insta heal mid chase, everyone hast sprint burst and on top of all that survivors can now be saved from hooks for whatever reason. And picking someone up just wastes even more of the killers time. This mode is absolutely awful. Survivors are basically cheating.

The devs purposely made 2v8 more survivor-sided to encourage more survivors to play and discourage too many killers from playing. That's all you need to know to understand why the balance of this mode is the way it is. I don't know why people keep coming onto the forum to complain about it or ask why it's so survivor-sided. There's no mystery to solve here.
I play both killer and survivor equally in normal mode, but for 2v8 I've been playing exclusively survivor due to the instant queue times and have been having fun because of how easy most games are to win.

It's definitely excessively survivor sided, so this makes sense. They might have tried to fix the killer queue problem by making it far more attractive for survivors to play since it's easy wins. Still didn't work - 8 survivors for a single match is a lot. It's likely more of a population issue than a popularity issue.
That being said, it's just a silly game mode. I don't think we should worry all that much about balance. Let survivors be superheroes for a limited time game mode.

it’s pretty funny how busted that class is I’ve had games where I waited 15+ mins just to get gen rushed in 5 mins lol

You can’t enjoy chases with ultra safe loops, insta heals mid chase, constant los blockers definitely more fun for survivors imo

Oh they can indulge their superhero fantasy all they want. Without me.
I'm not interested in easy peasy games as Survivor or being the dance monkey with a friend as Killer. The people who want it can have it, it's just not for me.

exactly. The whole mode is just a huge asspull to make trash survivor win every game
