generally im kind of confused why people obessed so much over this perk
but its not that much to sell your first born over,
some people think this perk is the only reason they are alive and playing this game
im not kidding when i say i have seen people who think resilence religiously without almost never taking it off
and the moment they do, they blame it on "not having resilence"
this is way worse then what any windows user (myself) ever had to experince or see
yes i know you will be injured alot of the time, yes i know 9% is nothing to scoff at
wouldnt it be better to get urself healed or last alot longer in chase?, or literally any other perk that provides way more value for something you think gets you out of resilence?
im fine if people use it as a jack of all trades but they are not, they are just using it for one..maybe two purposes and then think its the hottest ######### in the universe when sprint burst and adrenaline exists
mostly for gens and vault-speeds.
the worst is people thinking the perk is the reason you vaulted and got away from the killer
that 0.045 secounds (im not kidding) didnt save you from being downed.
you either play your loops right with checkspots or you dont, resilence isnt going to save you
i guess maybe the "free" distance you get but its so small that its not worth running over almost any exhaustion perk
ngl, i want resilence vaults-speed to get nerfed, but this probably wouldnt even stop the people from still using it even if it provides 0.000000001 secounds extra vault speed

Resilience makes a big difference. Your vaults are visibly faster, fast medium and slow vaults all benefit from the speed. Whiffs right after you vault really reinforce the feeling of value from the perk.
Slap it on with deja Vu for also noticably faster gen speeds.
At the end of the match, it can come in clutch with even the smallest time cut off the exit gate, or cleansing noed for your team.
Theres a reason it's one of the most picked perks, you always get anywhere from decent to game changing value every match.
Does not need a nerf. It's no where near as busted as old made for this despite some similarities.

Just because a perk is popular, doesn't mean it's overtuned nor deserving of a nerf (old BBQ for example.). There's enough popular perks that got gutted into uselessness already despite being easily reworked or reasonably nerfed instead.
If BHVR really insists on a "meta shake-up" then old, useless perks should be buffed/reworked to modern standards (there's no lack of choice). A few already went through this over time (Zanshin, WGLF for example) and it's a good thread to continue.
You know, instead of creating new perks that are utterly busted and killing them off a few months later. Or creating a system actively incentivizing slugging for the 4k instead of rewarding those that don't slug for the 4k.
