Reconnect Feature

The internet in my place is unstable, it only disconnects for 5 seconds and the game automatically ends. I have no intention of rage quitting. Please add a reconnect feature as a killer, I want to continue the game even though the internet connection is disconnected for a moment. I often experience this, in a day I can get a penalty 2-3 times because the internet connection is unstable.

    yeah i agree, i want to make a reconnect feature. if a player have an issues problem , they lost the game, you can reconnect the game

    Yeah, it seems like it should be feasible to reconnect players into their matches. I'm not sure what's under the proverbial hood of the code, but re-injecting someone into the lobby should be possible unless there's some unexpected issues with the way lobbies are handled.

    Then if someone is spectating their own character, they could be allowed to regain control after 5 or 10 seconds of spectating (or ideally by pressing a button so they don't assume control mid-chase).

    The game needs to be smarter about disconnects, that's for sure. I'm tired of losing out on Bloodpoints and challenge progress because "Dedicated server is not responding." That can happen even after a match has ended.

    That's BHVR being cheap, they don't want to upgrade the servers/server capacity
