Though I think it’s too early to answer your question. For now, I think she’s fairly middling.3 -
She is very difficult to play. Give players some time to learn her. It’s too early to say how good she is.

She's pretty lackluster so far, getting the dog to actually grab someone has been pretty frustrating.
In loops you're kind of just an m1 killer.

It's way too early to say. What I gathered for now - Chase ability is very easy to dodge as a survivor. Pretty clunky when you aim, and it gets stuck sometimes for 0 reason.
In general - this killer gives me Singularity (when he came up) vibes and it's not good at all. Too much effort needed just to get 1 hit. And sometimes it feels like you'd do better without using a power at all.
Again, too early to say, but right now feels like below mid. Don't forget that survivor players are learning too.
I'm afraid this killer will not be popular if it stay as is, but whatever…

I regret purchasing her and this chapter. Once the hype dies down she will be singularity rarity.

I can't imagine she won't.
The dog absolutely needs a detection cone for chase mode, the path is far too narrow right now. The dog is better for mind gaming that actually grabbing a survivor.

This chapter feels like BHVR was just shoveling something out the door as quickly as possible, I don't think they actually care about this killer.

Its not too early to say she's a weak killer buggy and full of jank and needs major QOL and buffs

The bugs make her not competitively viable. I played a match as this killer on midwich and it was completely unfair, the dog would drag the survivor from a doorway to a pallet, and sometimes the dog was not even there after issuing a chase command, it was on a different floor or on the other side of the map.
I do love this chapters contents but the killer is frustrating to play and it's as i said on PTB feedback if these issues dont get addressed she will not be played for long.1 -
Ask in a few weeks once people have learned to both play as and against her. You'll get a more accurate answer then
