Nerf: Increase Hellfire cooldown to 10 seconds (was 7)

The cooldown was likely increased to incentivize using wolf-form. If you're using both Vampire and wolf, 10 seconds is fine. However wolf-form just isn't worth using, even after the buffs.

- Pounce's charge time still feels way too long at 0.85s
> Solution: Reduce it, 0.5 - 0.6 would be good.

- Haste gained from scent orbs isn't impactful/dies out too fast.
> Solution: Either increase the duration, or speed.

- Pounce just isn't great.
> Solution: You can do many things, but increasing the travel distance would help.

EDIT: Unfortunately wolf-form being bad is a symptom of the "hug-tech" being removed, there needs to be a significant change for wolf to be viable.

Increasing Hellfire's cooldown just adds clunk for those who enjoy using vampire more, we shouldn't be forced to play wolf. It should be "hey this tile works well with wolf-form, let me use it" not "damn my power is on cooldown, gotta use the bad one"

    I honestly agree about the hellfire cooldown, feels like all the change did was make it so the wolf is the go-to and hellfire gets neglected.

    As a P100 Drac, and this pretty much summarizes how I feel. I personally don't think Hellfire was strong enough to warrant the nerf, I appreciate trying to spread out Dracula's strength among his three forms but this just feels like tipping the scales in the opposite direction, I don't even think the buffed wolf is even all that great.

    I'd honestly be fine with the wolf keeping the changes and just the hellfire change getting reverted, or at the very least given a middleground.

    Absolutely, after hearing some responses I think it should be 7 seconds regardless. We shouldn't be forced to use wolf, even if its amazing.

    I like that actually, id be okay with wolf being more tracking centered. As long as they reduce hellfire's cooldown though.

    I pointed this out multiple times before that the changes were bad overall for Drac and they miss the mark. Instead of making you want to play the killer more, they work to dissuade people from playing him like @Peppa_Pigsaw poignantly mentioned in their post. I'm glad to see other Dracula's getting in on the conversation because the devs need to hear our collective voice and know these nerfs to our boy Drac were too heavy handed.

    Revert Hellfire back to 7 seconds. That should be the starting point. Then from there, I also wouldn't mind seeing them scale back transform to ~3 seconds exact. I wouldn't mind 2.5s here, but that was previously a point of contention.

    Wolf form still needs a lot of work if they want to make it more viable and not just there when you're forced to use it. If it were going to be used more as a tracking tool then I would start to consider giving it built-in Warg's Fang and make any necessary changes to that add-on accordingly. I like the ideas i'm seeing about scent orb duration and % boost as well.

    I'll take 8-second Hellfire, but 10? With these weak Wolf buffs that don't do anything to help? Think I'd rather just stop playing Dracula.
