So, when Thrill of the Hunt buff is going to be reworked? :)

Look, I didn't want Haddonfield to get nerfed into a giant deadzone either.
But "yeah it's the killers fault cuz they wanted small maps" is not completely correct.
Because if that was the case, why do totems spawn in the most braindead spots on maps like Mother's Dwelling? Size ain't an issue there, so what is the reason?

That may be bad RNG. I actually get pretty good spawn spots on the Red Forest maps (beyond maybe the one that goes with Plague). A close second are the Crotus Penn maps.

If this doesn't get changed before Xmas, I'll be shocked honestly. For every 1 Killer there are 4 Survivors. The 4 whining voices usually get calmed much quicker than the 1 for as long as I can remember. xD

Sarcasm?

I've been using counterforce, small game, overzealous and inner strength, and unfortunately, it's not enough. I'm spending so much time cleansing multiple totems that by the time I'm done, most of my team is close to dying or dead or has given up cause they see me spending too much time cleansing totems, especially if the killer has thrill plus penti. I've been running this perk, too, on Plague, and I'm just constantly winning games left and right cause survivors spend so much time. This perk is really unhealthy I'm sorry

Considering the condescension/entitlement with the smiley face at the end, I don't think OP has serious game balance in mind. He's just like:
"Who are we?"
"Survivors!"
"Do we want strong killers?"
"Never!"

Shouldn't be at the cost of making totems take 47 seconds thought that's ridiculous

Yes it was lol

Bigger maps ⇒ The killer wastes more time walking around and trying to find survivors ⇒ The killer progresses slower ⇒ The killer can't pressure survivors away from their totems ⇒ Totems get cleansed faster ⇒ Hex perks become weaker.
This works in both directions. Hexes stopped being good when survivors learned common totem spots (thanks to boons, mostly CoH) because that increased the risk significantly. Also, how many times do you play against a killer with hex totems where one is immediately destroyed? It happens pretty much all the time because survivors have pretty good chances to spawn right next to them.
Also The Game is a very small map and in my experience that's one of the better maps for hex perks. The worst are probably the Coldwind maps (Seriously, why do totems spawn in the middle of nowhere for all to be seen from miles away?) and the swamp maps.

Just a thought here, what if this isn't an oversight and IS intentional, and that's why they nerfed Demo's Lifeguard Whistle - to make this less oppressive? it's already very strong as it is here now, I can only imagine how awful Lifeguard Whistle would make it.
But then we live in a version of the game where gens can be done hyperfast, we have multiple recurring modes, hooks are sorta Survivor-sided and we're getting buffs to Killers that never before got any consideration or help at all, so anything can happen.

46 seconds for a totem is definitely too much, I wouldn't ever want to go against that plus Devour Hope. I think a good value for Thrill of the Hunt would probably be 11 orr 12 %, that way the perk would be viable without being oppressive like it currently is.

That's too generous you mean the size of a dunkin donut.

Bring back hex cleanse notification already no one asked for flat totem slowdown just the option to spend their own time defending a totem

Hey folks! We really appreciate all the feedback you've shared about this (from both sides!) and have been passing it on to the team. We're planning to address this topic in an upcoming hotfix, so stay tuned!
