I don't think it really needs a buff, but I must agree that 10% looks better haha

Surge is one of those perks that is fine as it is (at least in my opinion).
The lack of cooldown makes it good for slugging playstyles since you dont need to hook to get the regression, you only need to down Survivors. Paired with other slugging perks, you can make is insanely difficult to do Generators or to pick people back up, both combined can be pretty strong.
Buff the regression to 10% might be a bit much in that regard.
If you WERE to buff it, I think it would make it so downing a Survivor with a Special Attack would proc the effect. It's Demogorgon's perk so it makes no sense that Demo's power would literally prevent their own perk from working, you actively get punished for using your power.

Surge is one of the most used Perks, 11% according to nightlight.gg

I was just thinking because all our other gen regression perks have been nerfed terribly. I figured a 2% increase wouldn't be too strong. In my humble opinion.

idk, i'd increase its radius to 48 meters from 32 meters.
