I for one noticed how insane this buff the moment I saw it in the patch notes because percentages that reduce something become exponentially stronger the higher they are, and adding as little 4% more reduction to every totem from 10% reduction effectively more than doubles the hex's strength, it's not 40% stronger like some might think.
And while Thrill wasn't a super popular perk, it was pretty usable even before this update. Now it's just broken. I thought it was broken the moment I ran it through the calculator after reading the patch notes, and that was with me thinking totems were 12 seconds, not 14.

No, I want a perk to be tested in PTB instead of live game???
There is a christmas event in a week or two and killers would bring as sweaty builds as possible, I don't want to spend 46 seconds per totem and neither 30 seconds or have other busted perk combo.
Revert, test on PTB, then go live - simple.

I prefer getting content without a ptb. It shouldn’t be the job of the players to tell the devs what works and what not.

Looking at how absurd cleansing times are with 14% buff for Thrill, nobody tested this.
So, yeah.

If they are going to correct their mistakes in the following bug fix patches (generally speaking), then I’m looking forward to more changes like that, because I like getting surprised and not having to wait a whole month for something to come.

And CF value in a TotH scenario predicates on the killer not using Pentimento, Undying, Haunted Grounds, Face the Darkness, and pretty much every other hex perk.

Of course they do, a lot of Survivors don't like it when they have nothing else to do besides gens but then get mad when ANYTHING ELSE prevents them from doing gens.
BHVR please don't listen to people calling for blanket nerfs. Decrease it to 12% and remove the token system instead. Then test out changes like this before release on PTBs in the future. Thanks. :)
