The new Houndmaster Legendary cosmetic is not worth buying
As of right now, that cosmetic alone is the most expensive thing you can buy in the game, unless you have some Auric Cells saved up, you need to pay 20€ to get it.
And for this price, what does it come with?
- New dog breed with different sounds (cool)
- Some new lobby animations
And that's it, Houndmaster herself is just a Very Rare cosmetic overpriced to oblivion, you don't even get a new mori, like the Visceral would suggest (but I guess that is no longer the case for some reason, I don't know what it means anymore, mories? Killer power cosmetics? What is the legendary for then?).
Do not buy the skin at the current time, the pricing is overblown, the rarities make no sense and all you get is a different hairstyle for the Houndmaster and a different dog breed.

Yeah saw the price and I was just thinking surely there is a reason for this right? I mean legendary skins usually come with like a new mori or change the character entirely. Like all the Eddie skins were legendary but you also got an entirely different character some also enter the pink rarity with a brand new mori but I'm sorry saying "Well it's because you get a new dog" is not a proper answer for that price even if it was a Saint bernard which is my favorite dog breed I wouldn't pay it because legendary rarities should be used if it adds a brand new mori or changes the character entirely

Yea you're right, you cannot even mix it with different cosmetics, how cool would it be if there was a dedicated power cosmetic slot?!

Yeah like when she first was released in ptb I was thinking maybe they'll do it where the dog is a separate cosmetic? And it would work recolors qnd if it was a different breed boom purple rarity

It doesn't help that if you decide to buy it with shards, you'll pretty much have to play hundreds of games just to get one single skin

I thought they would tie the dog's appearance to the weapon, so you pick whatever cane sword and get whatever dog with it. Guess not.

Its an Original-Chapter, so every single cosmetic is available at some point with Iridecent Shards.

Yea good luck doing 2 full devotions just to get the cosmetic, you're not getting it for free if you need to spend several weeks of your free time grinding for shards.

Bought it, regret it, but still love my blind poodle. Plus the weapon is cool. Money is temporary and life is fleeting enjoy the pleasures of capitalism while it lasts!
