Chucky Nerfs are Overdone

The nerf to Chucky's speed is extremely overkill, especially when the main complaint was his cooldown. He is now a 4.4 killer with the same cooldown as spirit and a not at all comparable in strength chase power.
If you wanted to nerf him, just the Cooldown was fine. The longer duration feels good, but if reverting the speed means reverting the duration that's totally okay. All I know is that the speed nerf needs to go. Being 20% slower is not insignificant. He is now only 1.1 m/s faster than pig in ambush lol. That speed difference drops to less 0.7 if the pig has Last Will.

His power is totaly unuseable in this state. It gives surviviors so much reaction time that only a 10IQ individual wouldn't dodge him.
