Chucky's movement speed was nerfed too much, 14 second cooldown is also too long

While I was cautiously optimistic about these changes upon first seeing them, after playing him for quite a bit yesterday and getting a good feel for the changes, I think these nerfs went too far. I don't necessarily hate the idea of him having a slightly lower slice and dice movement speed but going from 10m/s to 8m/s (a 20% reduction) is overkill. I think the slice and dice was slightly too hard to avoid before but at 8m/s it's far too easy to counter, so I would suggest going somewhere in the middle (maybe 9.2m/s which would be the same speed as Blight without addons), and then nerfing back the slice and dice duration accordingly (like 1.4 or 1.5 seconds).

Given that this is still an overall nerf to his movement speed (compared to before), I also don't think another cooldown nerf was needed either. The previous 10 seconds was unquestionably too short and too oppressive, but 14 feels too long especially for a 4.4 killer, the 12 seconds we had for the last week and a half was perfectly fine. So for this I just suggest reverting it to 12 seconds but also nerfing both of the Hidey-Ho cooldown addons (Power Drill and Automatic Screwdriver) down to a 5% reduction so they don't make the cooldown that much shorter anymore and survivors can more consistently gauge the time they have before Chucky gets his power back.

"14 second cooldown is also too long". For Ghostface with 17 sec and Legion with 20 sec cooldown, 14 sec is an unattainable dream

these killer are underpowered and bvhr is late to fix these killers because even when they're in patch notes, they're barely get changes.

If BHVR will go for this instead of a total revert, which would be much better in my opinion, at least they should compensate the lost speed with better controll over the movement (like a more than 45 degree total turn).

I feel like these changes are okay aside from that movement speed decrease, tbh it would have been interesting to have a super long dash that you can chain together with windows and pallets, but a much higher cooldown so there is more of a punishment for a strong ability, but that movement speed nerf just shoots that idea down.

Those are entirely different killer designs, and Legion's is only 20 seconds if you actually use the entire power gauge (so a lot of the time it's shorter than that if you cancel), whereas Chucky gets the full cooldown no matter what; you also don't really need to use Frenzy as often as you use Chucky's slice and dice, Frenzy is mostly irrelevant if you're just chasing down an injured survivor
