4 minute humping should be bannable
I think, if the killer spend 4 minute humping someone on the ground it should be bannable. Especially if you pass several hooks while crawling away.

I have said for literally years there needs to be a concede option so paying customers are not forced into a situation where they cannot play the game but they cannot move on from a match that is finished.
It is the same with slugging for the 4k, if your team mate wants to hide it out you're forced to be stuck on the ground for 4 minutes, unable to do anything and you cant leave this tedious non-game or you are penalised.
The kind of gameplay in this is toxic for sure but I think the bigger problem is the game allows this to occur in the first place

It is banable. Ive gotten someone banned over it in the "griefing" category. The problem with the report option is it either requires multiple rounds or players reporting the same person. And it takes like a week to ban them to a point where u will forget which killer you reported lol. For example when maria came out for silent hill, i had a pyramid head doimg the same thing humping on the ground half the game while everyone else did the gens and got out. He got banned as i reported for "sexual harassment and targetting of a specific player" in the griefing section

But then please ban the 2 minute t-bagging at exit gates too or doing the Survivor "follow me" Command at someones butt, it's basically the same and just a "dirty Mindset" But following a downed Person around and slugging can have a gameplay purpose, like the person having DS or the other Survivor having Background Player with Flashlights/Flashbangs.
But let's be honest, we just need a bleed out option from BHVR or a Luck based Option to pick yourself up, kinda like unhooking.

What nonsense are you talking about? T-bagger can be easily interrupted as a killer if you push them out\chase them, but as a surv you simply have to watch this mockery, in shooters you can easily take revenge on the offender, but here you can't!

It sometimes seems like griefing bans are a crapshoot that depends on the representative who views the ticket. I've submitted some blatant bannable griefers with clear video evidence and gotten less-than-reassuring replies.
However, it's also possible the player you reported was reported by someone else for something more serious and defined as bannable and you were notified about it because you hit the report button on them. My friend will hit the report button for griefing but he's usually too lazy to record a video and open a ticket; he'll still get notified of bans when those players grief the wrong person later.
