connection to game drops in bloodweb reduces levels gained and non refunded bloodpoints

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: connection to the game drops whilst in bloodweb and reduces levels gained and doesn't give back the bloodpoints gained
PLATFORM:ps5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:was on bloodweb leveling ghostface the connection cuts out and i am put at title screen when restarting any levels gained are gone and the bloodpoints i used before the connection drop are gone
