This is probably offerings converting into other offerings
That misttle toe was a mystery box (they appear during the anniversary) and they also happen to reuse this in this event and Halloween.
Your mistery box from the previous anniversary converted this event's mistery box, awarding you the misstle toe.

I had no mystery box. The bloodweb happened this way.

Some people reported bloodweb errors - looks like a bug.
