BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Legion still get killer Instinct whem undetectable
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Ran trails and unforeseen on him today. Notice I was still getting killer instincts while undetectable. No i didn't have the green tape addon on.

you get killer instincts based off your terror radius with legion. Does unforeseen TR place on gen just allow u to completely ignore this...cause if so that massive oversight.

I have played Legion in the past as part of my roster, don't anymore. Have done Stealth Legion too.
Legions' Killer Instinct isn't based on TR to my knowledge but I may be wrong. Otherwise stealth Legion wouldn't be able to find anyone. oni is similar. It's not an oversight, it's intended.
