How the communitu agrees spine chill COULD be upgraded from a weak trait to a decent one.
I held a pole on reddit to see how spine chill could possibly be upgraded from it being very weak trait only useful towards friendly killers (that dont have other people to check on) to a trait that could be similar or less useful to what the last version of it was. https://www.reddit.com/r/deadbydaylight/s/kwbctCOCS5
Through out this post i feel like most people agreed it was unusable in its current state and felt that it should be reverted. But a few people had given ideas on how it could be improved upon while not having it reworked. Please think about upgrading spine chill with one of those suggestions as it would be a great help to the dbd community.

Spine Chill (Rework):
• This perk activates when your aura is shown to the killer. While your aura is revealed, the perk's icon lights up and an auditory warning starts playing.
• For every 12/10/8 seconds of your aura being revealed, gain a token, up to 2/3/4. Each token delays the revealed aura by 1 second.
(Explanation: If you have 4 tokens and the killer uses an aura reading perk, he is still able to see your aura, but not where you are currently, but where you were 4 seconds ago. The aura reading also starts and ends later, so the duration of the aura read stays the same.)1 -
i honestly love this idea as it gives you time to react. It would also be intresting to see that for loud noises as it could assist in generator repair fails, failing a medical skill check while near a locker or passing the killer using a vault.
It would also go nicely with distraction builds.
