Fixing F-tier Perks

With the Large Pool of Perks, a lot of perks get neglected or are forgotten. I want to change that by making them more spicy and interesting. In my opinion, these perks have no impact on the match or are only fun as a meme.

Are these perks fine or do they need a different change?

Killer perks:

Insidious:

  • [BUFF] decreases the time by standing still to gain undetectable to 0.5 seconds (was 2s)
  • [BUFF] While Undetectable you see the aura of Survivors within 4 meters

Shattered Hope:

  • [REWORK] while a survivor is within 2 meters of a Hex totem their aura is shown for 3 seconds. This perk goes on cooldown for 30 seconds.

Unrelenting:

  • [BUFF] When hitting the Maximum range of your lunge, you gain 5% haste for 10 seconds
  • [BUFF] decreases the missed Basic Attack Cooldown to 40% (was 30%)

Beast of Prey:

  • [BUFF] while chasing the Obsession you gain the Undetectable Status Effect
  • [NEW] while gaining Bloodlust, your action speed for breaking pallets and gens is increased to 20% (was undetectable)
  • [NERF] removes the haste from Bloodlust

Hex the Third Seal:

  • [REWORK] while survivors are repairing a gen or healing they gain the Oblivious Status Effect until they stop the action

Hex Huntress Lullaby:

  • [REWORK] when a Survivor is hooked the first time, this perk activates. Next time they are repairing a generator, the generator becomes Cursed. The Skill Checks of the Cursed Generator are silent for 30 seconds.

Distressing:

  • [BUFF] when a survivor loses a health state, your Terror Radius becomes global for 15 seconds. This has a 60-second cooldown.

Overwhelming Presence:

  • [REWORK] everytime you hit a survivor with a basic attack, their item's depletion rate is increased by 50% for 60 seconds

Survivor Perks:

Premonition:

  • [REWORK] while looking at the killer with an angle of 45 degrees within 36 meters, you leave no scratch marks for 10 seconds and the aura of the killer is shown to you for 5 seconds. This perk goes on cooldown for 30 seconds.

This is not happening:

  • [BUFF] while the killer is within 32 meters of a hooked survivor without other survivors, you repair gens 15% faster

Spine Chill:

  • [REWORK] when the Killer is within 12 meters of you this perk activates and lights up. Your action speed to blessing, cleansing, gate-opening, healing, repairing, sabotaging, unhooking is increased by 30%

Calm Spirit:

  • [BUFF] removed the action speed penalty for totems or chests
  • [BUFF] your grunts of pain are silent when cleansing, blessing a totem or opening chests

Technician:

  • [BUFF] reduces the audible range of your repair noises to 16 meters (was 8m)
  • [BUFF] removed the increase in skill check penalty
  • [BUFF] the failed skill check penalty on gens is reduced by 3%

Friendly Competition:

  • [REWORK] when 2 or more survivors are on a generator, the skill check probability is increased by 30% and failed skill checks become good skill checks.

No Mither:

  • [BUFF] You are healthy and no longer broken at the start of the trail.
  • [BUFF] you gain the Broken Status Effect when recovered from the dying state by your hand (instead of always)

Red Hearing:

  • [REWORK] when repairing 20% of a generator, this perk activates. The aura of the gen is shown to every survivor. Press the active ability button to create a noise notification on the last gen you have worked on. This perk deactivates after.

    Insidious is actually would be worse with this buff, you absolutely don't want to accidentally show survivors that you have this perk before you can use it to down someone. I also believe it's not F-tier, it just needs right synergy, I like to use it as Unknown, especially with Dragon's Grip and I don't want any changes to this perk.

    I forgot Unknown and the Doctor can use Insidious. The problem with this perk is that there are better alternatives like Trail of Torment and Unforseen for most of the killers. My change was to make it more viable in chase and an indirect buff to undetectable killers (the aura reading while having undetectable). If you think it is fine, maybe the developers can only add the one mentioned new buff.
