Myers compared to bubba
I been playing a bunch of myers and bubba lately and I feel that there’s no real advantage to play myers if you have bubba. Bubba starts the game being able to instadown, has sorta anti-loop, and chews through pallets meanwhile myers has to stalk to get to tier 2 in the beginning and then tier 3 several times for 60 seconds of exposed (more if you have addons). You don’t break pallets faster in tier 3 or have any anti loop and your just following survivors destroying pallets. Myers doesn’t even have that much stealth since he has a 32 meter terror radius when in tier 3 like bubba. There some cheeky builds like vault myers that might get a down or two but nothing drastic. People compare ghosts face to myers but ghostface is an entirely different play style of actually stalking and sneaking up to people. With myers you get the worst of both worlds no real stealth and no anti loop or mobility. Even with the buffs I still feel myers is so weak. I hope they got something bigger planned. I would love something to make him stand out compared to the other instadown killers. Maybe a teleport of some kind and being able to go back to tier 1?

Leatherface is probably my least played killer of all time, by a longshot. He's just not interesting. He goes on a big cooldown after he uses his power and misses. Has to wait for his charges to come back. It's easy to bump into stuff, which gives you a massive stun. The speed builds up too slow after you start sawing. Commiting to the chainsaw and the survivors knowing that means that they can fake you out at places and get it your head. You'll spend so much time trying to chainsaw them, being screwed over by any 1 window within a 50 meter radius, when you might have been able to down faster with 2 M1s.
In the grand scheme of things, he can be countered by pre-dropping pallets, bluffing and greeding one occasionally, baiting Bamboozle if he's got it, and 5 gens later he's got 1-2 hooks.

that's largely been case for 8 years for myer's. his most defining aspect is instant down in tier 3 but billy and bubba have instant down without setup+better chase potencial which myer's does not have. Billy even has map mobility where as myer's does not.
Myer's is closer to these killer now because 2 stalk add-on is almost permanent instant down but leatherface 1 second pallet breaks while billy has map mobility over him. both killer have better anti-loop capacity. Billy has curving, leatherface has anti-shift w with his chainsaw+forces pallet drops.
to make up for all stuff other killer have, he gets mori as add-on but his kit not have merits in his base-kit form without add-on.

Well, the difference is friend, I enjoy playing Myers because he doesn't catch on everything if you miss your attack.
I don't enjoy playing Bubba because collision issues.

Myers is also countered by pre thowing and windows. For me when playing bubba is that I can destroy pallets easily. My mandatory perk for bubba is obviously bamboozle. My mandatory perk for myers is pwyf. Why bother looping when you are faster than them amiright. I just want myers to be better hope to see him in the next roadmap

They're both extremely strong against ######### teams, which is 90 percent of matches. I would go for Bubba just in case the devs ever grow a brain and remove Myers broken addons.

I actually enjoy Myers now, just lurking behind a corner and stalking a Survivor without them having a clue feels kinda nice since they buffed his long range stalk.
Lock of Hair feels fantastic on Myers, having 100 seconds of Tier 3 with only 2.5 seconds of extra stalk on your first Tier 3 doesn't really feel like a downside, and the fact that every Survivor has way more Evil is also really nice. You can still slap on Monitor for an 8 metre TR with a 99'd Tier 2 and pop Tier 3 on a Survivor without them realizing you were there.
Tombstone's feel better too, yes it takes way longer to get to your first Tier 3, but once you get to Tier 3 it's practically over, because any other Tier 3 will take you the regular 5 seconds of stalk to get back. Tombstone Piece also only requires more stalk on your first Tier 3 and after that, it's the same as before, but with all Survivors having more stalk, you can get to Tier 3 back more often.
The only thing which is unfortunate is that he didn't get much of an Add-on pass so he's still stuck with some meme or bad/redundant Add-ons.

Yeah he is fun to play with machine learning and pwyf. I feel myers has a good bone structure and just needs some more meat added. When I first played this game I thought myers’s tier system was so intimidating that when you start the match you feel that he is getting stronger and stronger. Obviously once I figured that he was unfortunately one of the most weakest killers in the game that went away. I just want the tiers to feel better. Nemesis had that same feeling but he does get better with each tier.
