I'm intrested on what do you think on multiple new mechanic ideas (both sides):

Mechanic 1:
Change skill checks to a constant minigame (like guitar hero for example), to make watching those progression bars more entertaining. It doesn't need to be a hard minigame. This has the added benefit that only a few perks would need to be reworked for compatibility.

Mechanic 2:
Survivor characters having a recovery time (like 15-30 min for example) after they die, giving more meaning to death. You could still play another survivor character in the meantime.

Mechanic 3:
Toolbox gen times are becoming a problem, and I've seen many diffrent opinions on how to fix it. Some would even suggest that toolboxes shouldn't work on gens. I wouldn't go that far. I would suggest that toolboxes wouldn't work on gens by default, but they would have a new add-on that enables this ability again, and thus limiting the repair speed add-ons to 1 max.

Mechanic 4:
Slugging is a rising problem too, and to improve the situation, I would suggest that when the 2nd to last survivor dies on hook (or mori, but not bleed), the killer gets 10s aura reading on the last survivor. This would encourage the killer to hook the survivor instead of repeatedly slugging them just to prevent a hatch spawn.
