I can not open the game anymore

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I'm unable to open the game because "errors are happening"

PLATFORM: Ps4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Yesterday this problem simply randomly started happening, I could open the game and play specifically on the event (by repeatedly trying to start it), but now the game doesn't even start anymore, i already Uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing changed, I unplugged my ps4 for a few minutes to "clean the cache" or whatever that is supposed to mean but nothing happened, and this is a problem only with DBD, I can play any other game normally with a good connection, but for some reason dbd simply doesn't work so I don't think this is a problem that I can fix, I think that this have something to do with the servers , and I'm pretty sure this type of thing already happened before with other people
