New Ormond map has really bad frame rate for Xbox players

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the new map is beautiful but when playing on it as survivor and killer (on Xbox) I get horrible frame drops, especially in the main building and the underground mine. Turning my camera back and forth to look in front and behind causes the game to stutter and kinda freeze because the frames drop the single digits.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

I have this problem too. I have had this problem for like half of the maps in certain spots ever since the Dungeons and Dragons chapter.

To confirm, did you experience these performance issues while playing the Bone Chill event, the standard game queue, or in both? Just want to make sure we get as much intel as we can back to the team.

It’s actually been happening since 7.7.0 with the jump to UE5. I noticed it first when haddonfield was changed in that same update I was getting constant frame drops especially in the houses and then with the d&d map. The dungeon area has a lot of frame drops and now the most recent map Ormond Lake Mine. But to answer your question, it’s been both queues that drops the frames on these maps.

Thanks for the additional details here - these are helpful. I've passed this along to the team!

One additional question: are there specific Killers or Survivors you've experienced this with more commonly?

not that I know of. I usually just play nea on survivor and Billy on killer but from what I’ve seen it’s all the same no matter who I play or go against. I’ll keep an eye out today and see if there’s a difference between who I verse

From my experience, it does not matter who you play, killer or survivor.
