Is Julie the new face of The Legion?

I don't play Legion but noticed when I bring them up in the menu it brings up Julie now instead of Frank as the default and considering the tome story was about Julie do you think BHVR to follow through with that and make Julie the face of the Legion over Frank? Do you think this is a glitch or a conscious decision? This isn't really a big deal since Susie will always be the most popular member of The Legion anyway but does it change how you perceive The Legion as a whole? I guess this mostly just as lore implications if anything which I know some people don't care about but to me it says that while Frank is the unofficial leader, Julie is really the one the entity connected to the most.

    Both Juile and Frank are base characters

    So it's more of what they prefer

    Frank will always be the face of the Legion as he's the group leader and the main backstory lore is about him. If Julie is the default selected legion for someone who's never picked legion before it's likely a very very rare bug nobody's ever noticed since i imagine most people who play legion mess with their cosmetics at least once

    BHVR messes up Legion stuff all the time tho, the newest legion christmas cosmetic is said to be Joey but it uses Frank's lobby animations, as a random recent example.
