Make Killer Items take priority over Chest Spawns

Somebody already created a thread for this in bug reports and was told this wasn't a bug. If it's intentional, then it's a poor design decision and I believe it should be reconsidered.

Playing as Sadako and Xenomorph is so painful during events considering both Screech Cobbler and Mistletoe increase the chest spawns, making your TVs/Control Stations even further away from generators. It feels like being punished for daring to select them when people might bring a chest offering.

As someone who loves playing both Sadako and Xenomorph, please make it so I can bear to play them during events.
