It's actually faster than someone else healing you so it's quite good you just have to be careful about the killer being around the basement and scout out where the basement is beforehand cuz sometimes it can be inconvenient but I do think it's quite good for the most part and aura read you get after is nice.

The title says it all I didn't know they worked together it's not super fast but it's definitely faster so if your one to run SIS try BK with it if your a team player or if your solo it's a guaranteed benefit for you the faster you get healed the faster you can get back to work

Botany + SIS comes out to 105% healing speed (1.5 * 0.7), which takes about 15 seconds once you're in the basement (SIS alone is normally around 23 seconds). It's a good combo.

I run it sometimes, the bigger issue is how close is the basement and, after going to the basement, how close will the next gen be? The time running all that way can really eat away at the benefits.
