I want DbD to become fun for survivor again
It's just not fun anymore. If bhvr isn't changing this any time soon then this game won't last for very long. 6.1 really took the game's toll and shrinking the map size and ruining loops make playing survivor almost impossible. Solo Q is dead.
Screw 60% win rate. It's bs to make the killer the most powerful. All my friends quit because of bad balance.

Honestly who at BeHaviour thought it was a good idea to make the maps smaller? I hope someone with common sense took his job and started discussing about reverting the maps back to what it originally was.

Just checking my calendar and…. yeah, solo queue has been dead for longer than I have played this game judging by what people online say. That's a bit weird, considering that the game is still alive and doing pretty well

I can say I'm getting my "head" kicked, whenever I'm facing some decent survivors by playing anything but S-tier.
The gens are flying, even when I'm downing survivors pretty fast. I'm facing the situations of actually "in need of tunnel out someone" more and more, the more games I've "won".
I also been playing survivor not long ago (soloq) and It's really not THAT bad. The Rng sometimes giving me more loops and tiles with pallets to work with, sometimes not really.
But I can't say, that this is totally unplayable, yeah it needs some improvements or even buffs, but the main issue - survivors not working a s a team. Unlike swf.

Yep - let's nerf killers into the ground because you aren't having fun.
Solo queue average escape rate is 40%. If you're well below that, than I don't know what else to tell you other than try doing things to improve your gameplay. If you've done that already and and still not having fun, then either try playing killer side or another game altogether.
The devs already tried balancing the game around higher escape rates. Do you think maybe there's a reason they shifted away from that? It's because too few people wanted to play killer. I remember what survivor queue times were like back then. I would wait 15-20 minutes during peak evening times. Now it's a much more tolerable 3-5 minutes.
