SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There is no glowing blue "eyes" of the Knight's frosty eyes cosmetic. The head just looks like the regular Knight cosmetic.

PLATFORM: Steam

    Trapper's and Dredge's also aren't working

    Billy's Frosty eye's are extremely bright for some reason. His All Hallows' Eyes are too, but not to the same degree as his Frosty Eyes.
