console QOL update
120 fps support on powerful enough platforms (PS5 and Series X/S), keyboard and mouse support, and endgame chat should be universal across all platforms… these changes would allow for a more inclusive experience for console players and even the playing ground in terms of hardware advantage.

One issue i noticed is the loading times this. is not my footage but tests were done to compare loading times

I'm guessing this might be because console has to complete more operations during the load in phase, but still it should not take 2:30 to load in especially when on other cross-platform games like COD, helldivers, siege etc. it takes substantially less time to load in with arguably more assets to load than dbd. I think most of DBD's problems stem from poor code optimisation….

Don't forget controller settings. Dead zone and response curve settings for controllers would help a lot. It's crazy to have multiple ranged killers and not have those.

completely agree, its an absolute necessity to have deadzone settings… stick drift is one of the most annoying issues for console and on pc TP software can fix that

Loading up the game for me definitely doesn't take 2 minutes. Maybe 1 at the most but usually its within 30 seconds.
Im on ps5. However QOL changes for console are needed ASAP.
