Legion - BFFs (buffed)
im starting to realize that BFFs might be a largely ignored add-on. and i found out that this add-on should actually be A-tier. paired with other Haste-giving perks like (bear with me) NOED, Batteries Included, PWYF, Furtive Chase (end-game slugging), even Machine Learning. this would give Legion such a massive eng-game buff its insane. see it like this:
BFFs gives you a 6% movement speed boost at end game. pair this with Batteries Included, which would give you nearly map-wide 5% Haste, and Machine Learning which gives you Undetectable (which does cancel out Killer Instinct, but who's using Frenzy at end-game?) and 10% Haste. that's already 21% Haste. and add NOED, which gives you 4%. that's easy 25% Haste.

It's a good addon for endgame builds. You can use noed to get up to 10%, but since Legion is already pretty good at keeping people injured I usually like to go with Terminus and Batteries Included instead, since you get haste around all the completed gens (which is pretty often in endgame) and anyone who was injured prior to the exits being powered is guaranteed to be a one-hit down. And that way Batteries also helps you a bit before endgame too, it's not just an endgame perk. Then I typically run NWO and Remember Me to make endgame as long as possible, but like you said you could also do Machine Learning instead of Remember Me for even more speed.

I've literally never activated it. The survivors would have to be throwing, or you would (by prioritizing Frenzy hits over everything else). Legion requires 2 Frenzy speed/time/distance add-ons just for it to be a good ability, so there's no way an add-on that only actives at the very end will be good for him.

The addon works...it clearly does things n stuff but yeah, getting it to work feels like throwing. I love it but it's definitely a fun "meme" build

To get it to work, you basically have to bring a full endgame build and gamble on either being matched with terrible survivors or turning the match around with a snowball right at the end. It's definitely not an add-on that I'd run very often, but it can be fun to go zooming around the map in the endgame. More of a "meme" add-on, imho.
I do like the idea of add-ons that are token based though, and I hope that BHVR add more to the game in the future.
