Houndmaster injuring survivors from a distance

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Houndmaster was able to damage a survivor from across a room (one of the main buildings on Autohaven) as they were vaulting inflicting what appeared to be a basic attack without being near them
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Player was running and vaulted while the killer triggered one of their powers injuring the survivor.
PLAYER LOGS:

Again, same reason why it isn't mentioned with Wesker's power, it isn't necessary.
