Why are you guys accepting this?
This game is DOA. All the bugs and their wrecked up servers make this game unplayable with 300+ ping killers. I just don't get why people like you keep up with bhvr's nonsense despite the continued problems. They keep getting worse too. Please, make me understand.
I'm impressed by you guys that keep playing this game despite the glaring issues.

What region do you play in? There’s a ton of us on the North American servers and it’s rare for me to run into high ping killers. The NA servers are pretty stable.
Connection is not why I ask myself this very question; it’s the constant imbalance of the game making solo que and playing killer (I don’t slug, camp, or tunnel) more and more miserable. It’s also SBMM.
Why do I accept those two? Because I’m chasing a high from DBD in 2019 that I will most likely never get back.

Because I'm pretty sure it 'arrived' almost 9 years ago now, and it's pretty far from dead to this day.
Unless there's a separate meaning for that acronym I'm unaware of.

Because I enjoy the game.
There are things I would change, and I take breaks from playing, but I enjoy DbD. It gives an experience like no other game I've ever played (and I'm coming up on 40 years since I played my first video game).
I don't have server problems and the bugs can be annoying, but I don't find it to be as frequent a game breaking experience as some do. It has some game elements that I loathe and I would rip out if I could, but also a lot of wonderful and unique experiences that I don't find in any other game.

we don't accept it.... People complain not stop about these issues. I'm not going to quit the game over it though. like any pvp game it full of many problems (solo q ass, some bad maps, etc) but dbd still goated overall. These devs actually keep in touch with the community even if u think their decision making is questionable. Most devs in other pvp games respond very little to the player base in my experience

Ok, so this what I thought it meant as well.
But apparently it refers to instances of a patient or victim already being deceased before any help can get to them, or if they died in the ambulance on their way to the hospital. It doesn’t necessarily refer to stillborns.
So, like, I’m still not sure if it applies, but y’know.

Imbalance is another reason to the list of problems this game has.
Why should I care? I'm not a new player. I have been playing for more than 7 years and I uninstalled recently. Never coming back unless they fix their game.
No, it's a japanese rock band but also Dogs on Acid.
Fix it? You can only 'fix' by not playing and spending money on this game but this will never happen so dbd stays uninstalled forever.
You must be living next to a server because I don't believe this is possible.
It's not enough since bhvr does nothing about it.

BHVR are betting that you will still play the game despite its bugs and balance issues. For 9 years they’ve been right. Why would they change their strategy now?
