Knock Out Rework

Knock out's usefulness makes no sense. The only thing knock out is good at is make the soloq experience even more miserable. That being said though, here's my suggestion:

Survivors in the dying state do not have their aura shown to others outside of 16m (REMOVED)

Survivors downed with your basic attack:

  • recover 40% slower (was 25%)
  • crawls 25% slower (was 50%)

When healing dying survivors, reduce healing speed by 30% (NEW)

This idea removes the component that punishes soloq and compensates by reducing time to heal someone off the ground, which imo is a better design

Nevertheless I don't like playing or versing the slugging playstyle regardless, but I think this addresses the soloq pain that it causes imo.
