Am i gonna lose a whole ass grade if my game crashes?
Since the new qol update talk i noticed one thing im worried about and its the system that detects youre trying "go next" you get dc penalty and lose a whole grade. So what if my crappy pc crashes the game (happens a lot) i get dc penalty but will i lose a grade because of my crash?
or what if i just leave the match using the "leave match" button do i only get dc penalty or will i also lose a whole grade? Please take this into account while coding the whole "go next" detection system.

I cannot say it for sure but I highly doubt it. Currently, when you dc you don't get a dc penalty immediately. The dc penalty comes after some dc in a short period of time. I think something similar will be the case for the upcoming Anti-go-next-feature. When you dc, you won't immediately lose a grade or your 'not go next'-streak - only when you dc multiple times. This is my guess.
The developers also said the system will identify go next attempt. The developers are not stupid, they know a dc can happen due to bad connection, servers or a random black out and this should not get punished.
I can understand that you are worried about it but keep in mind that this new feature will be tested within the next three months and we can give our feedback to make it more accurate and better for everyone.
