What will happen if we have already gotten The Cenobite's perks through the Shrine?
Will we get any type of compensation? We are talking about 6k shards lost to having all 3 perks bought. Will the perks retain the name for us that bought them through the Shrine or will they only retain the name for those that have The Cenobite.

There will not be refunds on perks or the character, whilst I understand the sentiment, you've had opportunity to use the perks prior to the removal in April.
If you do not own the character, the perk names will change to the general perk names that they will receive. If you own The Cenobite, you will retain the perk names and flavour texts.

No, names will be changed for everyone just like what happened with the Stranger Things chapter

Would the perks be unlocked on new killers, or would they have to be unlocked through the bloodweb like normal general perks? Does getting them through shrine help in that part?

It's been a while since Stranger Things, but do newer players get to see the original perk names and text if I have them? Or do new players only see the new, generic stuff?

Why are we retaining the names? Don't get me wrong, I would rather retain the names, but… this is going to cause so much confustion for the playerbase.
"Oh, damn the killer has Plaything"
"Huh? What perk is that… only perk I am seeing is <new perk name>"?
