There should be a map add-on that can track all totems on the map upon use.

There is already. Red Twine does that as Totems are part of killer belongings. Rainbow Map also has it automatically.

Can't Rainbow Maps and Bloodsense maps do this already?

Was gonna say the same thing... also Green map with Detective's Hunch does it as well.
Totem tracking is literally the best feature of Maps. 😅
