Friend Requests Broken Post Cross Progression (PS5 to Steam)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Cross platform friend requests say they are accepted and added to friends list only to be shown on the "Pending Friend Requests" list, including requests I'VE sent out. It will accept on their end for console players sometimes, but do the same as if they sent me the request.

PLATFORM: PC/Steam (Cross progression from Ps5)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Open game, Accept/Send,Request is registered as accepted and claims to be sent to friends list, friend request pops into pending requests, anger ensues
