Knockout Rework is terrible

I have not really seen much use of the value of the 5% hinderance of Knockout, and with such short windows of activation and duration, its as if the survivors were still moving as if nothing happened. Either a hinderance number buff is needed or a duration buff, because I really see no distance loss with that perk after multiple matches of testing.

its garbage not only is the activation and duration too short the distance to activate is too large for little gain

It might be good on killers that can immediately break pallets, like Bubba which it comes from, or Billy, Demo, even Singularity. Even if you break the pallet, the effect still applies if they try to run. It might need some tweaks to the numbers though like you mention, stronger slowdown or longer duration perhaps, but we'll see.

Breaking pallets doesn't work it has been tested multiple times.

Then it's absolutely terrible. You would think it would work if the pallet was broken, especially since it's a Bubba perk for crying out loud, that would be perfect synergy with his power. They need to change that or the perk will be dead on arrival and forever after.
