Pigs Video Tape Add On giving survivors active bear traps
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Pigs Video Tape add on makes survivors all start with a bear trap on but they should not activate until a gen is finished. Unless this was changed ? Currently the bear traps are active at the beginning of the match. In the video attached below you'll see on the HUD that the trap icon is red showing the trap being active. I've only done this in customs but assume this is the same in public matches.

Can confirm that this is still in the game (and also on PC)
This seems pretty huge, as I was able to get head pops WITHOUT a gen even being completed in all 6 of my matches where I tested this. This and Tampered Timer makes it near impossible for all survs to get their trap off, unless they rotate perfectly between boxes and even then can you make impossible for all survs to get their trap off with perks like Hex: Face the Darkness3 -
Now, don't get me wrong, this should get fixed.
But it also seems really fitting for Amanda to do that.

This is not an issue. I just ran the add on, the traps did not start activated

Its not guarenteed to happen everytime but it happens enough. It is an issue.

Honestly, would it even be too busted if the addon just worked like that? You don't see many Video Tape Pigs at all.
