Hexes - suggestion

A feature where hexes are blocked at the start of the trial for 30 seconds.
So they don’t go BOOM 💥 as soon as you load in.
That or make the spawns a lot less obvious.

I would rather see the other person suggestion where the dull totem should only became hex totem when the first thing happens that would cause them to activate by the perk in question. Like ruin activates when survivor first time lets go of a gen, Devour Hope when it gets its first token etc.

hex perks abilities are super strong and the trade off is that they can be disabled, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. some games survivors can't find one for a long time. that's the risk you take. if they prevented survivors from disabling them then you would need to nerf all the hex perks

honestly hexes should be able to be relit infinitely like boons can so it isn't a waste of a perk slot
it gives a second objective to survivors too

I would go in a similar, but different direction and make them camouflage as dull totem for the first 30 seconds and until their effects are triggered.
Survivors could still cleanse it, but they would have to be lucky. With your suggestion survivors would probably just wait 30 seconds and distroy it.

I like all of these ideas. There are a lot of different directions hexes could have went. We need options.
