Not being able to interact with anything after stunning with pallet The Ghoul at Garden of Joy.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Could not interact with anything in any way after stunning The Ghoul at the pallet.
PLATFORM: Steam (PC)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: It happened after I had rescued another survivor from the hook (was doing a challenge regarding Borrowed Time, but probably unrelated), when the Ghoul was running up to me by one of those jungle gym spots in the map Garden of Joy. He was doing a launch, aka M2 to get distance closer to me but I managed to drop the pallet in the midst of him doing the leap, causing him to get stunned. After this, I could not interact with the unblocked window first at shack, nor could I go for a pallet drop by the shack, repair a generator or even touch a locker. I also had Deliverance perk equipped, so I tried to use that after Ghoul hooked me near shack, which didn't help at all, because I could not go for an unhook on myself. Even after I was rescued off the hook, I went back to the shack to confirm if the bug was still apparent, which it seemed to have done. Couldn't vault the window, drop the pallets, open lockers, not even open chests. After about 45 seconds of me experimenting what was happening to my character, one of the survivors got also hooked near by me, so I wanted to try and go unhook them to see if it did work. Nope. Still didn't let me unhook and made me look like a jerk in the progress to the two Janes, where the other one managed to rescue them and started to heal them under the hook before the Killer abruptly came back. I couldn't even help with being altruistic, because of this dumb strange bug.
Finally I chose to then get into another chase with the Ghoul, inside the main building as I was full health at that point. I chose to let him hit me with his power at basement stairs and I then went to try out opening the locker at basement, and BOOM suddenly it worked again! So this confirms that something with the hit detection/ range or the pallet stun from earlier caused a butterfly effect of some sort, where I couldn't do anything until I got hit once by the "deep wound" power effect from the Ghoul. I have had more than over 30 matches against Kaneki/ Rize killers and this was the first time I encountered something like this. Not even against any other killer over past year of playing DBD have I experienced this midst of a match, I thought I was even first being somehow cheated with. Very strange and never have seen this bug before while facing against him.
The video clip(s) should show what was happening before, during and after this strange bug, lucky that I did record most of it via GG (SteelSeries). (Apologies for the sudden cussing from panic.)

Just had the exact same thing happen to me on Dead Dawg during the bloodmoon event. I pallet stunned Ghoul as he was in power and lunging. After that, I couldn't interact with anything. No gens, no lockers, no windows, no medkit, not even unhooking. It was extremely frustrating as it was more or less the nail in the coffin for this match.
Something this game breaking for something so easily done needs to be addressed asap

I have just encountered a similar issue. I'm on PC. Killer was Ghoul/Rize, Map was Ormond.
Match was proceeding normally until after I stunned the killer twice.
Couldn't interact with anything - gens, exit gate switch, hatch, lockers, windows, or even the exit line. I ran outside the map but couldn't escape. The exit gate is a lie. There was no hope.
