Game crashes soon after starting up

Can anyone help me? My game crashes shortly after I boot it up. I can queue up and complete a few bloodweb levels, but the game will crash within about a minute.

The error message is:

    I have the same problem. Someone told to write -force -dx11 in the launch parameters, but it does not help me
